How to Reserve your space
The deadline to reserve a space in the program is June 7 and the deadline to send in an advertisement is June 12.
Step 1: Download and fill out the form below.
Step 2: Submit the completed form by emailing us at the address provided below.
Step 3: Confirm your payment method.
1. Send a check to the address listed on the form.
2. Submit payment through our payment portal.
3. Request to be sent an invoice through the form.
Program Advertisements
Please fill out the below form, if you are only purchasing an ad, not a sponsor level.
- Full-page ad (Color, 8” tall x 5” wide) – $1,500 – Includes two tickets to the ballet.
- Half-page ad (Color, 3.875” tall x 5” wide) – $750 – Includes one ticket to the ballet.
Sponsor Levels
Includes a full-page program ad, two tickets to the ballet, and a VIP reception with the cast.
- Swan Lake – $7,500
- Giselle – $5,000
- Romeo & Juliet – $2,500
